1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CRCST Prep ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CRCST Prep is an independent online study platform providing practice questions, mock exams, and performance tracking to help candidates prepare for the CRCST certification exam. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HSPA (also known as IAHCSMM) in any way.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

CRCST Prep offers three plans: Free, Standard ($45 / 3 months), and Pro ($79 / 3 months). Paid plans are manually activated upon receipt of payment confirmation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Access reverts to the Free plan at the end of the subscription period.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us via the Contact page. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued after 7 days or after significant platform usage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including questions, explanations, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of CRCST Prep. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others, attempt to circumvent access controls or tier restrictions, use automated tools to scrape or harvest content, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CRCST Prep does not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in passing the CRCST exam. Content accuracy is maintained to the best of our ability but is not guaranteed to be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRCST Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to exam failure or loss of certification opportunity.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
